- Once oil is warm, add garlic and green chilli.
- Stir it for 30 seconds and then add broccoli, carrot, sweet corn, onion and capsicum.
- Stir it till the vegetables tenders a bit; it will take about 1.5 to 2 minutes.
- Add tomato ketch up, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
- Stir it continuously for 30 seconds.
- Add rice, salt and pepper powder.
- Mix it well and stir it for a minute.
- Vegetable fried rice is ready, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
